Work you’ll do

Deloitte's Risk Advisory division help organizations build value by taking a Risk Intelligent approach to managing financial, technology, and business risks. It helps its clients focus on their areas of increased risk, bridge silos to effectively manage risk across organizational boundaries, and seek not only to risk mitigation but also pursue intelligent risk-taking as a means to value creation.

As an IT Risk Business Analyst, there will be opportunities for you to explore experiences in IT Risk competencies such as IT Internal Audit, IT Risk Management, and Third Party Assurance related areas.

About you

Deloitte is looking for candidates with a combination of the following :   

• Bachelor or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area
• Holds or looking to study toward a CA qualification (or equivalent) 
• 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, reconciliations, external audit, or a related field would be beneficial, but not a requirement. It is also open to considering fresh graduates with no prior working experience.
• Excellent Microsoft excel skills with exposure to an Accounting software
• skills including teamwork, collaboration, and relationship management
• A dedicated work ethic and a hunger for development opportunities

• The first interview will generally be a telephonic screening with the Graduate team. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions about the role and the firm that you may have.
• This is followed by a face-to-face interview or an Assessment Day with the service line you are applying for. This is an in-depth interview and discussion regarding your technical and motivational fit for the role, team, and firm. The number of interviews varies from service line to service line.
• As required The Final Stage could be a meeting with a Partner/Director dependent on the process each Service Line follows.
• Assessment Days are scheduled based on Business Diaries and these dates will be shared with you by The Graduate Team.  An Assessment Day generally runs from 08:00 - 14:00.
