Your role

Work you’ll do

• Assisting admin on administrative tasks.
• Assisting consultant/case worker on drafting emails, 1-tier document reviewing, and document safekeeping.
• Assist consultant on logistics arrangement, document scanning/printing/compilation for submission to the authority
• Creating Cobalt profile and case, updating case milestones and Cobalt-related tasks.
• Help to monitor case status including liaising with authority via calls/emails.
• Draft billing request form and tidy up billing exercise.
• Assist on any ad-hoc task.

About you

Requirements

• Preferably for an internship that is more than 4 months.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Law, Human Resources, or other related programme from a recognized university with strong academic credentials (CGPA 3.5 and above).
• GPA minimum 3.5
• Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate familiarity with using Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidates should be client service driven with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Candidates should be able to exhibit excellent project management, presentation, and organizational skills along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
