2022 External Resource Management Intern null

The Position:

You will be part of a global team; External Resource Management (ERM) providing support to our internal stakeholders in sourcing and managing external resources, from Vendor offers, to ordering. Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders. 

You need to be meticulous and detailed as the role requires you to work extensively with data. You need to be structured and process oriented.

You will be working closely with our internal stakeholders, Procurement, Finance and Human Resources departments in DHL IT Services. The role is within the External resource Management team and reports to the Vendor Manager. 

The role also requires analyzing data, reporting and preparing slides for management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or relevant. 
• Minimum CGPA requirement of 3.0 and above. 
• Required skill(s): Good communication skills, detailed-oriented, meticulous, interest in crunching and analyzing data
• Good time management, prioritization and organization skills
• Proactive with good follow-up skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Required language(s): Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
• Internship period of minimum 6 months

Technical Skills

• * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with Visual Basic and Macro Programming
• * PowerBI knowledge is advantageous
• * Excellent Powerpoint Skills
