DSC is now the global logistics leader and counts many of the world’s biggest companies as its customers. Deutsche Post DHL Group had revenues of €3.5 billion in 2016.

DHL Express is an employee-centric organization that has policies designed to genuinely benefit all. Multiple employee engagement activities and unique events help in bonding and lighten the mood. Management has multiple training and development programs in place.

A healthy work-life balance is something DHL strives to achieve. After all, while work is important for self-esteem and gives DHL drive, purpose, and a reason to get up in the morning, it shouldn’t dominate and define every aspect of people's lives.

All progressive employers worth their salt have recognized this, and introduced flexible practices and better technology to allow their employees to work remotely, should they choose to do so. It has rated 3.8 stars for work-life balance. (from Glassdoor reviews)

Not just in terms of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other characteristic protected under the law.
