Your role

In this role, you will have the main tasks as below:

• To work on a project basis within the Customer Service department.
• Be able to support automation initiatives for enhancement of customer service task relevancy.
• Developing digitalization implementation for seamless process and efficiency.

Training & development

However, in general, DHL's HR team has a program that certifies every new joiner as an international specialist, making sure that all its colleagues have a deep understanding of the company, business model, vision, values, and culture. • Final year student
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above
• Internship duration minimum 3 - 6 months
• Preferably from a Business IT solutions academic background
• Great interpersonal skills and communication skills
