ITO Service Delivery - Fresh Graduate (April Intake) null

Job Description:

• Responsible for the build, implementation and migration of logical and physical IT devices and components contracted to Cloud and Platform Services.
• Work within defined Project Management milestones and timelines in ensuring that the above project activities are completed successfully. 
• Support the Infrastructure Project teams in implementing standard technical solutions for projects.
• Ensure that all changes are planned in advance and well communicated to stakeholders.
• Follow change management process and procedures.
• Keep up to date with Server and Blade Hardware, and Operating System technologies and gain/maintain broad understanding of the infrastructure services that is provided to the customer.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor of Science degree in IT or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Team player - Ability to collaborate and cooperate with members of team and members of other teams
• Good communication skills, excellent written and spoken English skills
• Ability to pro-actively learn new technology, processes and other skills
• Able to pro-actively search for solutions from knowledge bases, support documentation and other information.
• Ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all customers, partners and users, internal and external
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment and willing to work on standby hours (public holidays/weekends) if required
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks, problems and requests
• Ability to demonstrate written instructions/scripted resolution for problem and tasks as knowledge base

Demonstrate basic understanding of Cloud

• Cloud Technology Fundamentals (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Cloud Technology (Amazon Web Services, Goggle Cloud, MS Azure, AliYun-Alibaba cloud)
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Fundamentals
• Scripting (Shell, Bash, PowerShell, Python, C/C++, Java)

Platform Services

• Operating Systems - Linux, Windows and Unix
• Virtualization Technology (VMware,  Microsoft Hyper-V, OracleVM)
• Databases (Oracle DB, MS SQL, MySQL)
• Backup and Storage Technology
