Technical Support - Fresh Graduate (April Intake) null

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to resolve technical issues (hardware and software) to end users on their mobile and desktop platforms

• Proactively assist end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.

• Monitor queues for ticket misroutes, unresolved, or those requiring deep investigations

• Engages team members and other stakeholders for support as required to ensure end users/clients SLA demands are met.

• Assist team with other duties required to ensure the call center operates smoothly

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or related field

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.

• Understanding of case management databases and tools.

• Superior customer service skills.

• Willing to work in shifting schedule
