Diploma or Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or related field
Provide support to resolve technical issues (hardware and software) to end users on their mobile and desktop platforms
Proactively assist end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
Monitor queues for ticket misroutes, unresolved, or those requiring deep investigations
Engages team members and other stakeholders for support as required to ensure end users/clients SLA demands are met.
Assist team with other duties required to ensure the call center operates smoothly
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.
Understanding of case management databases and tools.
Superior customer service skills.
Willing to work in shifting schedule
