Your role

About the team:

The Test Office Team is responsible for looking into processes and systems in Build and Test to enable verification activities of products across all categories,  exploring the limits of the technology, and optimizing solutions.

They are a team under the RDD function in SEA with expertise in prototyping, metrology, product verification testing, and failure analysis to support Dyson's goals and growth ambitions. Operating across three sites—Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines—they ensure product launches meet cost, time, quality, and specification targets.

They exist to establish, strengthen, and drive steps to deliver world-class prototyping and verification facilities. Focused on continuous improvement, they enhance people, processes, and technology to address existing and future challenges. sting algorithms to ensure electronics, software, and hardware integration

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for converting the existing Data Collection and Result Template into a Web Framework by utilizing knowledge and skills in Python and Git.
• Contribute to improving the Web Framework upon feedback from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to meet the goals and objectives.
• Seeks out the impact of his/her actions within the team and continuously improves.
• Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by the management.

About you

Qualifications:

• Studying toward a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science related disciplines

Key skills/experience required:

• Able to commit full-time for at least 12 weeks
• Has strong interest and good fundamentals in programming language and application i.e. python, HTML, ReactJS, Git, NodeJS, etc.
• The proven ability to work as part of a team or un-supervised to an agreed goal or set of deliverables is imperative.
• A clear logical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
• A proven structured approach to creative problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate appropriate, concise, and accurate information in written and verbal format
