Responsibilities
- Responsible for all operation of all test stations in RRC which includes,
- Repair and troubleshoot of test system during breakdowns.
- Upgrading or modification of test systems software and hardware.
- Spare and wear parts coordination.
- Responsible for training of staff in operation, calibration and maintenance of the test stations in RRC.
- To liaise with all support organisations in all matters related to RRC operation.
- To participate and help design departments in Sweden in design investigations at RRC to increase the quality of Ericsson products.
- Responsible for setup and implementation of test stations for new departments at RRC.
- Close cooperation with design and other master repair centres to solve test station problems and other problems at RRC fast.
- Create new routines and documentation for test stations at RRC, if required.
- 3 Authorities
- Overall responsible for all test stations in RRC and has authority to repair any faulty test stations.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent in electronics or telecommunication.
- Several years of experience as an engineer from production or repair centres.
- Knowledge in radio base stations.
- Knowledge in analogue and digital electronics as well as an understanding of documentation of electronics components.
- Knowledge of instruments and software’s used in test stations at repair centres.
- Good knowledge of Ericsson IT tools
- Good communication skills.
- Good in English writing and conversation.

- Understand the technology and transfer of knowledge to staff.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Well versed with the software and hardware for the test stations used in repair centres.
- Well versed in processes and quality standards used in repair centres.
- Competence required is stated in Competence Profile - JRD-Hardware Assembly or JRD-Hardware Make support.
Reporting
Responsible to report all activities related to engineering routines as well as additional reporting based on repair activities.
