Manage outbound logistics, to ensure orders deliver to customer on timely basis.
Able to improve end to end process flow for both order fulfilment, sad flows and increase the customer satisfaction.
Passionate and knowledgeable for ecommerce order flows and multichannel processes.
Manage customer enquiries and feedback, via telephony, live chat, email & etc.
Patient and good explanation skills to describe product details and recommend suitable products to customer.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business studies or any relevant discipline, preferably beauty background.
Candidate working in e-commerce related environment will be an added advantage.
Must demonstrate good customer focus attitude and sense of urgency in completing the task
Accountable for appropriate knowledge and use of departmental and company systems / databases.
Good communication skill in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently and a team player.
Strong problem-solving skills, able to see the big picture while still work with details
