Customer Service Executive null

Responsibilities

• Business-minded and process-driven enthusiast who can support and deliver excellent customer service to enhance and sustain customers’ shopping experience in eCommerce channels.
• Manage outbound logistics, to ensure orders deliver to customers on a timely basis.
• Able to improve end to end process flow for both order fulfilment, sad flows and increase customer satisfaction.
• Passionate and knowledgeable for eCommerce order flows and multichannel processes.
• Manage customer enquiries and feedback, via telephony, live chat, email & etc.
• Patient and good explanation skills to describe product details and recommend suitable products to customers.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Studies or any relevant discipline, preferably a beauty background.
• Candidate working in an e-commerce related environment will be an added advantage.
• Must demonstrate good customer focus attitude and sense of urgency in completing the task
• Accountable for appropriate knowledge and use of departmental and company systems/databases.
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and a team player.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to see the big picture while still working with details
