Responsible for the complete cycle of recruitment of executive level;
To be part of the team in reviewing our recruiting strategies, the channel of recruitment and the selection process in meeting the recruitment goals.
To design job advertisements in a creative way to attract relevant candidates’ applications on strategic sites and web portals.
To play a vital role in candidate database build-up, management and maintenance.
To manage the new employee onboarding process including pre-logistics are being taken care of prior to joining, communication to internal stakeholders and induction program.
To participate in HR initiatives/projects for talent management.
To support the administration of the employee training record and training effectiveness
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Studies / Marketing or relevant discipline;
Candidates with similar work capacity and come from the service industry;
We are open to fresh graduates;
Resourceful, creative, tech-savvy and with an inquisitive mind;
Eye for detail and good follow-through skills;
Good command of English (both written and spoken);
Comfortable in interacting with different levels of management and staff;
