Your Role 

  • Responsible for the complete cycle of recruitment at the executive level;
  • To be part of the team reviewing our recruiting strategies, channel of recruitment, and selection process in meeting the recruitment goals.
  • To design job advertisements in a creative way to attract relevant candidates’ applications on strategic sites and web portals.
  • To play a vital role in candidate database build-up, management, and maintenance.
  • To manage the new employee onboarding process including pre-logistics are being taken care of prior to joining, communication to internal stakeholders, and the induction program.
  • To participate in the HR initiatives/projects for talent management.
  • To support the administration of the employee training record and training effectiveness.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Marketing or relevant discipline;
  • Candidates with similar work capacity and come from the service industry;
  • We are open to fresh graduates;
  • Resourceful, creative, tech-savvy, and with a curious mind;
  • Eye for detail and good follow-through skills;
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken);
  • Comfortable in interacting with different levels of management and staff;
