What if we didn’t focus on who you are now, but who you could become?

Broadening Access aims at creating a broader talent pool as part of our commitment to advancing social equity and inclusive growth. The program supports individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds with equal opportunities to career development, equipping them to be ready for the future of work. These individuals include but are not limited to:

  • Being first in the family to attend university
  • Facing financial hardships
  • Growing up in a low-income household

Here at EY, you will have the opportunity to develop your career through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring and formal learning. We’ll provide you with real work, real clients and real experiences. More importantly, you’ll get a sense of our culture and values and start to build the career you’d like to shape.

Sounds interesting? Well, this is just the beginning. Because whenever you join, however long you stay, the exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

What we look for

  • You are curious and purpose driven. You are eager to learn and see opportunities instead of challenges.
  • You are resilient, motivated and show initiative. You do things without being told and you keep going when things get tough.
  • You are inclusive. You seek out and embrace diverse perspectives, value differences, and team inclusively.
  • You have a good record of activities and experiences outside of the classroom.
  • You are currently in the penultimate year of your degree.
  • You can participate in the program for a minimum duration of 4 months.

What you can expect

  • Shortlisted candidates can expect to perform a self-recorded video interview and an online assessment.
  • Attach your CV, academic transcript and cover letter (max of 250 words) where you can share more about your background and motivation, as well as highlighting any interesting experience. You may also include your personal achievement or circumstances.
