Your role

Join EY's Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support important business enablement functions that keep the organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources, and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to clients, win in the marketplace, and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Talent Team, Finance, Technology, Brand, Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Risk Management, and Administration & Workplace Services.

This role is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early career professionals to join EY's Talent Team. As the Campus Engagement Specialist, you will develop and build rapport with universities, student bodies, and professional bodies, and leverage the partnerships to attract and acquire high-quality talent.

Your key responsibilities

As the Campus Engagement Specialist, you’ll actively drive the firm’s talent attraction & engagement initiatives. Primarily, your contributions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Execute strategic Campus Engagement activities including participation in recruitment fairs, employer branding initiatives, and networking events
  • Keep track of the event calendar and expenses incurred (including payment processing and timely updates to vendors)
  • Liaising with EY Campus Champs (EYCC) and supporting the coordination of EYCC events
  • Ensuring EY’s brand guidelines are adhered to in all recruitment brand materials which include but are not limited to collateral and promotional materials, communication, and presentation decks
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders (Talent Acquisition team, HR business partners, and business leaders) to identify and understand their hiring needs
  • Liaising with external stakeholders (university partners and career services representatives) as required
  • Provide timely reports and analytics, flag risks or delays in advance, and provide recommendations to the Team Lead and key stakeholders
  • Providing ideas and constructive insights during team meetings
