Learning Deployment Coordinator null

Responsibilities 

• Drive process efficiency and consistency.
• Working with local country team to deploy the country learning plan and learning activities.
• Ensure adoption of mandated Global, Regional and local learning curriculums and accommodate any business-related requirements as needed.
• Support learning needs for an assigned service line, working with Service Line Learning Leader.
• Supporting Asian Markets learning assignments and other regional projects as deemed needed.
• Work with L&D teams to ensure a consistent approach to L&D delivery.
• Supporting service line reporting requirements.
• Act as a change agent and role model in support of leading-edge learning and development and leadership practice

Knowledge / Skills

• Strong English language and communication skills
• Basic understanding of project management principles
• Genuine interest in people and ability to network, build good relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels
• Ability to adjust to multiple conflicting demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
• Must have proficient Excel and PowerPoint knowledge

Experience

• 1 year working experience or fresh graduates with a keen interest in project administration for the deployment learning programs and events should apply.
