Your role

Foodpanda is looking for fresh talents to join the organization! The Industrial Trainee Program will provide all the fresh incumbents with very first-hand organization experience and actual corporate working exposure within the organization.

In this role you will have the following duties & responsibilities:

• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
• Organize and maintain IT resources
• Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management

About you

For this role, Foodpanda is looking for you who have the following:

• Current enrollment in a related Diploma/Degree, preferably an IT-related Major.
• Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications
