Your role

  • As a vital part of the People Services team, you are acting as the first point of contact for all our Pandas within the entire employee life cycle and are a trusted advisor on policies and procedures and provide support in answering key queries to ensure a best-in-class employee experience.
  • You will manage a wide variety of queries and questions from employees through our ticket system (JIRA) and help manage and monitor our internal People Portal knowledge base (Confluence) to enable self-services for all stakeholders.
  • You deliver and execute common and transaction-based services for the People team to ensure compliance, including employment contract creation, contract amendments, termination letters, certificates, employment confirmation letters, letters of intent etc.
  • You work closely together with other People Operations teams as well as other stakeholder groups in order to deliver high quality and timely responses and solutions to all our Panda.
  • You have the possibility to actively impact and (re-)create our current ways of working by participating in operational cross-team People projects (on e.g. (global) compliance or process-related topics)

About you

  • You have recently graduated or already bring at least 1 year of work experience in the field of People Operations/HR, Business administration or similar
  • You bring a high level of technical curiosity and system orientation and have ideally worked already with HRIS systems like Workday or similar
  • You also ideally worked already with CRM ticket systems like JIRA or similar
  • You are famous for your analytical and structured mindset and are a true organizational talent and data nerd
  • You are quality-driven and a fast learner and have superior attention to detail
  • You are known for your incredible time management and problem-solving skills
  • You are characterized by discretion, initiative, team spirit, and flexibility, plus you are self-organized and like to take ownership of assigned projects
  • You are living the “Employees are our customers” mission
  • You show an ability to work independently, swiftly, and effectively prioritize work
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
