Responsibilities

• Tasked with the care of a portfolio of partners, you will be expected to:
• Support Account Managers and Key Account Managers in the team
• Take ownership of account-related administrative tasks
• Analyze partner performance and present findings
• Liaise with and manage partner expectations
• Build strong client relationships
• Provide support to partners when needed
• Provide professional after-sales support
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction

Requirements

• Diploma, BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing or relevant fields
• 0 - 1 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role
• Able to multi-task well
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite; CRM software (knowledge in Salesforce is a plus)
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player with good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and passionate
• Strong analytical skills with good commercial awareness and attention to detail
