Duties and Responsibilities

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Communication, Admin.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English
• Applicants must be willing to work in Chan Sow Lin.
• 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 6 month(s).
• Assist and support in day-to-day HR and Admin operation, activities, and projects.
• Maintain all employee records, office management and administrate monthly claims. Updating our internal databases (employee demographic) with new employee information like contact details and employment forms.
• Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves, bank accounts, & KWSP numbers.
• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
• Address employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days).
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days.
