Assist and support in day-to-day HR and Admin operation, activities, and projects.
Maintain all employee records, office management and administrate monthly claims. Updating our internal databases (employee demographic) with new employee information like contact details and employment forms.
Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves, bank accounts, & KWSP numbers.
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
Address employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days).
Participate in organizing company events and careers days.
