Your role
In this role, you will do the tasks below:
- Assist in planning, training, evaluating, and implementing development/learning activities/programs to increase sales force knowledge, skill, and mindset.
- Conduct/organize short development/learning programs for sales personnel.
- Support Sales members in knowledge and skill enhancement by providing necessary related information, know-how, updates, or feedback.
- Pre and Post Training Activities such as Training feedback and measurements on application and any assessment/evaluation within the Sales development framework.
- Source for training programs to improve skills/knowledge beyond internal training.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs to improve sales process, with the relevant subject matter experts.
- Organize, facilitate, and curate a Virtual Training Program to incorporate hybrid learning.
- Track attendance from training or events.
- To support administrative duties & to carry out any special task or assignment as required by the superior.
