The Aero Services Intern will be supporting the Asia Aero Services Team in areas of customer order and fulfillment, demand placement, forecast planning, and financial activities. As part of the Aero Ops COE Team, you will develop familiarity and practical knowledge in operating ERP operational systems as well as other business applications. Key activities include parts quotation, forecast planning, cost transaction, data management, and status report generation to support country CPMs/CSMs to drive on-time delivery and close coordination with Aero Finance to drive final billing to customers and on-time financial closings.
Main responsibilities:
Develop expertise in operating on ERP operational system (Oracle).
Develop expertise in operating on key business applications (Salesforce, MyFleet, Tableau).
Support the Asia Services team on parts quoting processes and shipment tracking.
Support Asia Finance team on cost transaction processes and month-end financial activities (interproject billing, revenue recognition, system clean-up, etc.).
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Tracks and updates the weekly operational status of key deals.
Maintenance of Global Systems Records (DIB, iBAT)
Any other relevant ad hoc functions as required by the Services Team.

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in either Finance, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
Preferably at least 6 months commitment
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, accountability, and ability to handle multiple priorities
Collaborates well and good team player
Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision
Pro-active approach to problem-solving and accountable
Strong attention to detail and drives complete resolution
Ability to work with multiple & competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office
Other Language capability is an advantage
