Qualifications/Skills Set Required

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Patient Revenue Cycle Applications and process flow through registration, charge entry, billing, collections, reimbursement calculation, and payment.
• A proficient problem-solving approach to quickly assess the current state and formulate recommendations.
• Proficient conflict management skills include the ability to resolve issues in a stressful situation and demonstrate personal resilience.
• Demonstrated ability to work with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications.
• Prior experience in coaching and supporting employees through building trust and collaboration that resulted in improved business and employee performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Providing input to policies, systems, methods, and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium billing function.
• Educating customers regarding the availability of receiving invoices and remitting payments through online applications.
• Monitoring outstanding balances and taking appropriate actions to ensure clients pay as billed.
• Managing the preparation of invoices and completing reconciliation of billing with accounts receivables.
• Quality assurance and audit of billing activities.
