Your role

In this role, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Process incentive payout to agents accurately and timely.
• Execute deferred benefit payout according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Process payment to Group Managers for operating cost of Agency Office in compliant with SOP.
• Maintains and enhances payment processing system to ensure accurate calculation of payment and deductions.
• Resolve stakeholder’s enquiries in regards to commission payments in a timely and effective manner.
• Keep abreast with latest systems and processes to ensure quality services are provided to agency force.
• Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
• Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
• Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
• Other responsibilities entailed

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year working experience in related field would be an added advantage. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Good writing and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Willing to learn and adaptable.
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
