Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • To assist the Manager in executing and implementation of the brand, product and event-based campaigns successfully via multiple platforms (TV, Billboard, Print and Digital). Ensure campaigns are monitored closely and meet all deadlines.
  • To work closely with Media and Creative agencies to ensure timely execution/implementation of campaigns. I.e. coordinating meetings, follow-up on deliverables and ensuring quality and efficiency of campaign management.
  • To help the Manager to coordinate and compile information (ADEX report, campaign materials for fieldwork) for Brand Health Tracking.
  • To develop below-the-line/corporate premium items to support product, brand and event-based campaigns. Ensure delivery of good quality, meeting deadlines and proper inventory tracking.
  • To assist the Manager in reviewing and renewing existing out-of-home advertising sites to ensure all are executed/renewed in a timely manner. To compile and consolidate all maintenance reports from the OOH media owner/agency and share with the Manager/HOD on a monthly basis.
  • To serve as the Corporate Identity custodian for internal and external parties. Ensure branding materials are in compliance with the brand guidelines.
  • To assist the Manager to manage and implementing all brand sponsorships as well as Awards and Accolades submission.

Digital Management

  • To assist and support the Manager to monitor and ensure all postings are scheduled correctly and enquiries on social media are attended to within the timeline and efficiently.
  • To assist the Manager to monitor and ensure all the contents in the website and Staffnet is updated efficiently.

Corporate Communication

  • To produce corporate communications material - writing, proofreading and editing - for internal and external stakeholders.
  • To build media relations via a pre-determined programme and media visits with the objective of achieving better media exposure.
  • To manage crisis communications vis-a-vis media, and prepare media statements for dissemination.
  • To execute media sponsorship events to enhance brand presence. To review and evaluate sponsorship requests and make recommendations.
  • To manage internal publications such as the Annual Report and the Unit Funds Annual Report to be published on time and within budget.
  • To evaluate invitations for submission of corporate awards from media, award
  • institutions, financial industry and other relevant bodies.

Other tasks

  • To support corporate communications tasks and corporate responsibility projects as
  • assigned.
  • To ensure daily department functions and operations are compliant with the Company’s
  • policies and external guidelines/procedures set by BNM.
  • To support department payment requests and invoice processing to ensure the task
  • completed in a timely manner.
  • To track, compile and report the department budget vs expenses in a timely manner and
  • Share the report with the Manager/HOD on a monthly basis.

Requirement

  • Ideally hold an Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business, Mass Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • With 1-2 years of experience in relevant field or Fresh graduate with relevant internship experience in brand management, with a focus on digital advertising/marketing, media relations, corporate communication, consumer and communication research.
  • Possess excellent written and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and innovative with a good project management core.
  • Good knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, PR best practices as well as event management and crisis management/communications.
  • Diligent, proactive, intelligent application of creativity in writing and verbal presentations
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • The ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
