Your role

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• Support Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and executing debit card strategies and campaigns, and help review business requirements.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyse transaction trends to identify improvement opportunities and generate insights.
• Assist Financial Planning: Help with budget management and financial projections for debit card operations.
• Enhance Customer Experience: Collaborate with teams to improve UI design, payment flows, and support processes.
• Ensure Compliance and Innovation: Stay updated on regulatory developments and explore opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing updates, insights, and recommendations related to card business operations, strategy, and feature enhancements.

Training & development

About you

The must-haves:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Admin and Management or any relevant degree
• Having Tableau experience is an advantage
• Desire and interest in learning about banking processes and frameworks 
• An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills
• A sharp eye for detail; meticulous (especially with numbers)
• Must be organized and committed to meeting deadlines
• Passionate about solving problems
