Your role

Get to know the role:

• As a Human Resource Intern with a primary focus on assisting with employer branding & culture initiatives, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the company's image as an employer of choice.
• You will be responsible for supporting various initiatives aimed at building and promoting the employer brand to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• Employer Branding Support:
  • Assist in the development and execution of employer branding strategies.
  • Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to create content, materials, and campaigns that highlight the company's culture, values, and unique offerings to Employees.
• Culture Initiatives
  • Assist in the development and execution of culture enhancement strategies and
  • initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote a culture that aligns with the company's values and objectives.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs and activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • In charge of capturing photos/videos related to all cultural initiatives and events.
• Human Resource Support 
  • Support as and where needed in various HR departments

Training & development

Interns will work closely with seasoned banking professionals, contributing to projects and more. They gain essential skills and practical experience, contributing to the bank's growth while advancing their own careers.
