Your role

The day-to-day activities:

• Work alongside Product Managers ensuring the proposed design and UX for all products is technically achievable and in the best interest of the customer.
• Partner with Researchers and Designers to define and deliver new features, test new concepts, and assist with final implementation. Details are critical as you iterate on complex interactions, animations, and pixel-perfect visual designs.
• Maintain and contribute to the GULA design system alongside the internal & regional team.
• Be involved in both ad hoc and repetitive projects that would possibly shape you into a suitable candidate for a full-time role.
• Participate in product planning and roadmap discussions.

About you

The must-haves:

• You are highly technical, yet understand what great design is.
• Comfortable interfacing with UX, product, and technical teams in an agile development environment
• An online or offline portfolio that includes your past work or projects that tell more about your design thinking process.
• An owner's mindset - you don't shy away from the hard stuff.
• Passion for building delightful design experiences.
