Your role

This role is based in: Ulu Kelang/Ampang

This position is a grade: 10, Internship Program

This role is for an intern looking to explore the human resources division and how it relates to supporting business growth. The role will explore the culture and strategy of the workforce and how actions lead to the development of capability, capacity & culture.

In this role,

• You will work closely with the HR leader in Malaysia.
• Understand Haleon’s interconnected format of the people team.
• Deliver one engagement project.
• Learn how to build the capability of the workforce and understand how site operations work in general.
