Your role

The Internship would be to explore overall Key Chain Pharmacy and how it relates to supporting business growth.

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

Point of Sales Material (POSM) Management

• Managing the communication and execution of POSM both internally and externally
• End-to-end management of pre-approved POSM to POSM finalization.
• Execution of POSM materials – approval material from external if any (Watsons, Guardian, Caring, and Aeon Wellness)
• Any ad hoc POSM request from Key Chain Pharmacy’s team

Business Communication & System Management

• Managing the tracking and maintenance of B2B portals (Watsons, Guardian, Caring, and Aeon Wellness)
• End-to-end learning and tracking of sales processes.

Project & Event Management

• Managing the roadshows and events in the Key Chain Pharmacy’s team
• Supporting administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth execution in the event.

Trade Visit & Audit

• Occasional trade visits to retailers (Watsons, Guardian, Caring and Aeon Wellness)
• Listing samples submission or any pre-approved materials as needed.
