Your new role

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be exposed to the external recruitment world, and your responsibilities will include:

• Attracting new candidates and sustain a strong talent pool in the market through multiple acquisition method and interviewing them to understand their suitability for roles
• Continuously communicate with candidates and create new opportunities for them
• Sourcing for the best candidates for your clients and creating opportunities for said candidates
• Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process
