- prepare the BOD paper for overseas
- all oversea MC & BOD report are ready for review by 12th
- finalise the slides and reports for uploading toeboard by 13th
- compile, review and analyse the local overseas MC papers and local BOD paper
- ensure streamline’s the overseas' MC reports with HO's report format
- Preparation and review of Flash reports for overseas operations
- compile Flash report submission by 10th for Mid-Mth Flash and 22nd for Mth End Flash
- analyse and validate the reasonableness of the flash submission from overseas
- ensure the results and report format are inline
- Preparation and review of QSBM reports for overseas operations
- validate the QSBM submission from overseas
- ensure the results and report format are inline
