About The Program

Throughout the 12-month program, the Graduate Trainees will go through Structured Learning and Job Rotation, and be equipped with knowledge, skills and hands-on experience in job functions related to regulatory compliance and Financial Crime Compliance. The Graduate Trainees will have exposure to both convention and Islamic banking operations as the role partners and supports both entities.

Program Overview

The program is designed to provide fresh graduates with a holistic development in one of the most pivotal area of our business – Group Compliance. The GTs will be provided with the right exposure and given the opportunity to learn the importance of effective management of compliance; adopt and maintain industry-leading standards across the business and functions.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates / individual with max 1 year working experience, and with min criteria CGPA of 3.2.
• Bachelor Degree in Banking/Finance/Mathematics/Actuarial Science or equivalent from local or foreign universities.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.
• PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances.
