HLB is currently hiring Cash Management Graduate Trainees for Business & Corporate Banking.

Program Overview

The Cash Management Graduate Trainee (GT) programs are developed for specific business divisions and are uniquely tailored in collaboration with business leaders. The GT programs serve to develop subject matter experts within their selected divisions, with the aim of creating a holistic young banker at the end of each program.

About you

Eligibility:

• Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.2 or 2nd Class Upper and its equivalent
• Malaysian citizen only
• Other factors for consideration during the interview process include examples of :

Training, development & rotations

This GT Programs typically consist of 3 rotations within the Cash Management Department, supported by coaching from the line managers and the seniors. Furthermore, an onboarding briefing, intensive training on cash products, deposits & cash sales, and training including professional certification will be provided to the GTs.
