The first 3 months will be split equally between classroom and simulation training and customer interfacing in various business divisions to provide you with core banking knowledge of key business and support areas.
This is followed by one 6-month project within the sponsored department and mentoring from senior leaders of Hong Leong Bank and Hong Leong Islamic Bank, and finally a 12-month placement in a Division role.
At the end of the Management Associate Program, you will be ready to activate and execute within your selected business division of Hong Leong Bank.
Skills Required
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree holder from an internationally recognized university
- Minimum CGPA 3.25 or it's equivalent
