Your role
Responsibilities during the Internship:
User acceptance test (UAT)
To assist and perform UATs for Production Issues and/or Projects, which includes close communication with IT and vendors.
Understand business requirements with the project team. Prepare test scripts to identify test scenarios and create UAT test cases with production-like data.
Execute test cases and report bugs if any. Re-test bugs once fixed.
Perform Regression Testing to ensure no major defects/no critical defects open.
Prepare UAT sign-off to confirm business requirements/objectives met and good to go for production.
Prepare communication materials (e.g., one-pager comm, communication pack, user guide, short video, infographic, etc.) to brief & update about the system changes.
Project management
Assist in Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and objectives.
Monitor Project Progress: Track and monitor project timelines, ensuring that tasks are completed according to schedule. Provide regular updates on project status to the project team.
Milestone Tracking: Keep a close eye on project milestones, ensuring that they are achieved in a timely manner. Report any delays or challenges to the project manager.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the project team. Ensure that all team members are informed about project developments, changes, and milestones.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, provide support, and contribute to the overall success of the project.
