Your role

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

Data and reporting: 

  • You will be preparing data or reports on the support channel to achieve business performance.

  • You will be responsible for collecting the necessary information, such as sales or performance data, to determine the eligible participants and their corresponding payouts.

  • This may involve working with spreadsheets or data analysis tools to track and evaluate individual and team performance and provide insights to support decision-making.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams: 

  • You will collaborate with various departments and teams within the organization.
  • This may involve attending meetings, providing updates, and assisting with communication efforts related to incentives.

Communication and documentation:

  • You will support the communication efforts of the incentive team by creating presentations, drafting written materials, and maintaining documentation of program activities.
  • This could include creating materials or drafting email communications to participants.
  • You may be assigned ad hoc tasks to support the overall function and objectives of the incentive team.
  • This could include assisting with process improvements, benchmarking exercises, or other related initiatives.

About you

Requirements for this internship:

  • You must be an undergraduate student studying in any discipline with availability to work full-time from March/ April 2024 for a minimum duration of 10 to 12 weeks.

What you must possess:  

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
