Your role

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

  • To support Premier & International Proposition
  • Conduct research and analysis on affluent & international customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings
  • Support in process improvement design and beyond banking services
  • Work with product team to develop campaigns and propositions that align with customer needs and business goals
  • Assist in the go-to-market strategies for the International 3.0 launch
  • Assist in building process flow design, MI tracking 
  • Conduct market research, identify trends, and capture data for analytics purposes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing in the development of proposition messaging and positioning

About you

Requirements for this internship:

  • Availability to work full time from March 2024 for a period of 3 to 6 months.
  • Qualification: Financial/Accounting/Business Administrative/Engineering/Machine Learning/IT programming
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good learning attitude and pleasant personality to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • The legal right to work in Malaysia
