Your role

The TEC program is designed to develop you with the knowledge and skills to be part of the Global Transformation Centre, as a Business Analyst or Test Analyst. This is a 6 months accelerated program where you will be assigned to a regional project with a dedicated Program Manager/ Coach to guide you throughout your program journey.

Training & development

In this program, you will get an onboarding section to learn about HSBC Malaysia and its banking system. Then, you will get in-class training to learn about business analyst or test analyst roles. After that, you have to do the regional project assignment. As mentioned on the HSBC official career site, here is the kind of training and development given:

Career progression
