Your role

As an Accounting Specialist at Huawei Malaysia, you will do the following tasks & responsibilities:

  • Involved in performing account payable tasks and month-end closing.
  • Involves in processing and verifying invoices to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Involves in reviewing balance sheets, reviewing financial statements, and performing data analysis.
  • Adherence to IFRS 15 & 9, providing revenue cost accounting solutions in aiding business growth, managing the accounts receivable process in the assurance of collections & credits matching to the relevant invoices for all customers under Asia Pacific regions.
  • Maintain good customer relationships internally & externally, dealing with customer inquiries & problems promptly and effectively.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field of study with a minimum of one year's relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of PC knowledge (e.g. Excel, Words, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Knowledge of local tax and commercial law is an advantage.
  • Meticulous and able to perform the job with accuracy.
  • Candidates with Shared service center experience will be preferred.
  • Occasional overseas traveling is required.
  • Additional allowance, benefits, bonuses, etc. are entitled.
