Your role

Responsibilities

• Responsible to assist the Project Manager in project financial operation management & control of major sales & delivery of ICT projects.
• Responsible to prepare a project-based budget according to Company's standard and guide & original bidding estimation, ensuring all products and services covered by contract scopes are reflected in the project budget.
• Produce monthly financial forecast & analysis to monitor budget variance, produce budget baseline and monitor the execution, ensure consistency between operation result & budget expectation & achievement of the project's predetermined financial KPIs, and support controllable cost reduction to improve project profitability.
• Liaise closely with the business team (including sales, delivery, procurement & collection team) to monitor the sale and delivery process, to ensure proper project delivery and documentation for the payment, sale invoicing, and collection purposes.
• Ensure project delivery operation complies with Company's financial management & internal control regulations.

About you

Professional Knowledge Requirement:

• Strong knowledge in (i) Business Commercial for Contract Negotiation, (ii) Accounting Standard, Taxation, and (iii) Project Finance Management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong orientation toward meeting business requirements.
• Organized in keeping tasks to be on time.
• Required Degree in Accounting, Finance related background or equivalent.
