Your role

Responsibilities

• Involvement in the delivery of telecom software projects.
• Provide 2nd level support and required remote standby for operational support.
• Support maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting customer complaints, system health checks, system backup, voucher creation and etc.
• Liaison with external parties and vendors to support and manage Networking for implementation and operational tasks.
• Work closely with Product and Regulatory for new requirements and support.

About you

Professional Knowledge Requirement:

• Required Degree in Engineering & IT-related background or equivalent (HCIE/HCIP/HCIA certificate holders are preferable)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of IN, VAS, or/and BSS domains
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
• Quick in capturing business & technical requirements.
