Roles and Responsibilities

As a Procurement Professional, you will be part of the Procurement Center that is essential for procurement operations and in providing a consistent global procurement process that consolidates purchase order processing and renders procurement support services in centralized locations around the world.

  • Be involved in the full spectrum (end-to-end) of procurement activities
  • Provide advice on supplier contracts to ensure IBM benefits from the best possible value and service from quality suppliers
  • Purchase requisition to Purchase order experience
  • Query Management including helpdesk (Incoming calls as well as outgoing)
  • Catalogue management
  • Prepare Desktop Procedures (DTP)
  • Good communication skill

Key Skills and Experience

  • Fresh graduates to 5 years of relevant working experience in Procurement
  • Preferable working knowledge of Procurement process
  • Ability to manage volume of tasks/accounts and work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Good relationship-building skills and good Team Player
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Excel
  • Good speaking, reading and written skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia language requirements.
  • Native speakers or local candidates who have business level proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia are encouraged to apply
  • Preferably working knowledge of Indirect Procurement process
