Your role

As an Engineering Intern at Intel Malaysia, you will be engaged in the following work:

  • You will be involved in the design, validation, and integration of next-generation intellectual property (IP) and interfaces for various computing devices.
  • You will work in a challenging, fluid, and dynamic environment with a diverse team of engineers who are delivering customized and optimized digital design logic.
  • Your day-to-day activities typically involve close collaboration with engineers who are delivering technical solutions spanning most of the ASIC flow.

Work-life balance

The regular office hour starts from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday and for the shift, working hours will be 12 hours (7 am to 7 pm). However, Intel applies flexible working hours as well, so you can work within flexible hours as long as the work is well delivered. Specifically, for this role, you will be eligible for Intel hybrid work model which allows you to split your time between working on-site at your assigned Intel site and off-site.

  • CGPA: 3.0 and above or equivalent
  • Positions based in Penang or Kulim
