Job Description

In this position, candidate will be responsible for providing level-2 support for 24x7 middleware in manufacturing environment. Candidate will be required to work in a CWW (Compressed shift) position in the Kulim site (9am-9pm). Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Manage Middleware infrastructure to meet performance, security, high availability and other requirements.

• Perform operational Middleware administration duties in a large-scale, complex environment. These will include deploy, configure, administer, support, upgrades, and patching.

• Provide monitoring to middleware application associated tools and utilities.

• Review and enhance documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field

• Ability to function in a global 24x7 support environment, interacting with a large number of teams.

• Highly flexible, results-oriented and customer-oriented.

• Strong project management, verbal and writing skills.
