Your role

As a Site Services Intern at Intel Malaysia, you will do the following work:

• Plan and ensure delivery of employee services such as transportation, cafeteria, Intel events, and/or building services for sites.
• Provide project management services around site services including planning and monitoring execution. This may include gathering requirements, conducting assessments, and defining milestones, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Develop and execute change management strategies for service delivery and operational activities, including launching and integrating new or modified benefits plans, processes, and vendors.
• Manage relevant contracts and suppliers to deliver high-quality employee services within a site or subregion.
• Participate in quality audits to ensure contractual needs are met and ensure consistency with Global Services programs standards.
• Partner with procurement organization to manage key performance indicators and supplier scorecard metrics.
• Coordinate effective responses and represent Intel management position to avoid service interruptions and resolve service quality escalations.
• Manage capital equipment/space renovation roadmaps per specific service type.
• Act as subject matter expert for green field, mergers, and acquisitions per service scope area.
• Manage compliance of service program in all areas including response to any governmental agencies audits.
• Oversee campus/building maintenance services comprising areas such as roofs, walls, landscape, hardscape, pavements, facade cleaning, and pest control.
• Oversee all site building structural maintenance and upkeep programs and initiatives through Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) supplier.
• Perform regular audits based on global services standards.

Work-life balance

The regular office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday and for the shift, working hours will be 12 hours (7 am to 7 pm). However, Intel applies flexible working hours as well, so you can work within flexible hours as long as the work is well delivered. For this role, you'll be required to work full-time on-site.

About you

To apply for this role, you need to meet at least the minimum qualifications below:

• General Field of studies CSA (Civil Structural and Architectural), Communication or Hospitality Management (Hotel management).
• Skills requirements - Strong English command, Adobe Illustrator, Civil structural, and Architectural background will be a plus.
• Nice to have skills - PowerPoint, Lightroom and Photo-Shop

It will be preferred if you also meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor of Science degree/Master in Communication/Marketing/CSA. (Proficient in English Linguistics or Business communication).
• Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry-relevant job experience, internship experiences, and or schoolwork/classes/research.
