In general, Intel provides its employees with various training and development programs. The company’s internal training organization is called IDL and it offers over 7,000 courses that cover job development, and personal and career growth. Intel University also offers more opportunities worldwide. In addition to creating and presenting new courses, the company constantly reviews course content to ensure that its programs are up-to-date and that they are creating a learning environment that is conducive to the success of each learner.
