This 9-week program — a talent pipeline for J.P. Morgan's full-time rotational Asia Analyst Development Program — is specifically designed to develop a pipeline of well-rounded future leaders of the firm for their ASEAN franchise. The program exposes candidates to both revenue and non-revenue-generating divisions from front, middle to back office roles. This means you get a holistic view of the firm and experience the breadth and variety of experiences across different functions of the bank to gain insights into how its businesses come together and deliver value for its clients.
Job responsibilities:
Analytics: Lead or participate in projects and tasks that involve data analysis methods driven by business needs. Identify connections between business opportunities, challenges, and underlying data. Compile and present analysis back to stakeholders in a concise and effective manner.
Project Management: Participate in/drive various phases of a project life cycle. Engage with the right resources and build relationships to meet project goals. Track, analyze, report, and address project issues while identifying, documenting, and vetting potential solutions.
Process Improvement: Lead or participate in the development of a critical initiative, which may include improvements in process, organization, people, and/or technology. Collect, consolidate, and organize data to perform analyses, test hypotheses, and size opportunities. Synthesize findings, formulate recommendations, and develop change support materials for improvements.
About you
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Pursuing a degree qualification with an expected graduation between December 2025 and July 2026
A well-rounded academic background
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Relevant experience and demonstrated leadership in a school or community organization
Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to thrive in ever-changing environments
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
A team player who is proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Enthusiasm for financial services or the financial industry with an open mind to learn all functions in a financial institution, with no particular preference
Fluent in English as the company operates globally with English as its primary business language.
Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is essential
