Key responsibilities

  • Plans and prepares daily / weekly / monthly production schedule
  • Plans and establish manufacturing sequences according to product characteristics/requirement 
  • Authorizing and releasing of daily production process order with full material in place. 
  • Play a key role in facilitating emergent issues that impact schedule and commitment.
  • Work with functional team to find solutions and perform root-cause and gap analysis.
  • Monitoring production schedules in adherence to relevant requirements and altering schedules to meet unforeseen conditions to meet committed delivery dates
  • Liaise and interface with Operations on urgent orders to meet customers’ needs.
  • Liaise with cross-functional team on BOM requirement / New products setup
  • Achieve FG inventory target set by Group, manage safety stocks & goods movement

Qualifications and skills

  • Recognized Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or any Business qualification
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Planning roles in Supply Chain function
  • Good command of English
  • Good working knowledge of ERP, MRP II and MS Office application skills.
  • Experience in the SAP PP module and APO will be recommended.
  • Fresh graduates are recommended to apply
