Responsibilities:

The Learning & Development Intern reports to the L&D Associate, Manager and Director, and key roles include:

  • Provide administrative support for the initiatives in the design and development of digital learning content for both technical skill and non-technical skill areas.
  • Actively involved in various department projects.

List the primary job responsibilities:

  • Works closely with and supports the Digital L&D Specialist in the design and development of interactive and engaging web-based learning and eLearning content through digital authoring tools and various technological enablers trending in digital learning.
  • Consistently delivers high-quality work to meet internal clients’ needs.
  • Prioritizes tasks to meet objectives and timelines.
  • Builds positive and collaborative working relationships to drive collaboration and inclusion.
  • Provides innovative solutions related to the design and development of digital learning content.
  • Learned and coached on how to use Articulate Storyline 3.0 for the development of digital learning content.
  • Be involved in People projects initiated by the People, Performance, and Culture team from time to time.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities and tasks within the department as the Learning & Development Intern.

About you

Requirements for this internship:

  • Availability of 6 months and above.
  • Undergraduates who have completed their first two (2) years of Degree (Multimedia Design background), with preferably a CGPA of 3.2 or Second Upper
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Good command of English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and a pleasant personality.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Passionate about developing people.
  • Able to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong coordination skills with an eye for detail, thoroughness, and timeliness
